Contacts and Address Book Data

If you choose to grant AmyConnects access to your device’s contacts or address book, we may collect and process contact information stored on your device, such as:

We use this information solely to:

• Enable you to select people you want to coordinate with
• Facilitate user-initiated connections and messaging
• Suggest potential people you may want to reconnect with

Important:

• We do not contact individuals in your address book without your explicit action and, where required, their consent.
• We do not use your contacts for marketing or promotional outreach.
• Contact data is processed only in connection with the Services you request.

You may revoke access to your contacts at any time through your device settings. You may also request deletion of uploaded contact data by contacting us at support@amyconnects.ai.

Customer Content

Including instructions, scheduling preferences, and other information you choose to input, upload, transmit, or make available through the Services.

AmyConnects processes this content solely to:

• Provide and operate the Services
• Facilitate coordination and scheduling
• Improve product functionality

Clarification:
AmyConnects does not access or analyze the content of your private messages (e.g., SMS, email, or other communications) unless you explicitly connect and authorize such services. Where connections are authorized, we process only the minimum information necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Sensitive Information

Including payment information and any sensitive information that may be included in content you choose to provide. We process such information only as necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, and protect security.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. AmyConnects does not store full payment card numbers.

Feedback and Support Information

Including communications with support teams, chat interactions (including AI-assisted chat), emails, or text messages where permitted by law.

Initiated Connections and Consent-Based Messaging

AmyConnects enables users (“Initiators”) to request that Amy, our AI-powered assistant, help coordinate communication with another individual (“Receiver”).

When an Initiator chooses to connect with a Receiver who has not previously communicated with Amy:

• We provide the Initiator with a pre-filled draft message that the Initiator may choose to send themselves
• This message explains who Amy is and requests permission for Amy to communicate directly
• The Initiator retains full control over sending, editing, or not sending the message

Amy will only communicate directly with a Receiver if and after the Receiver affirmatively consents.

Data Processed for Initiated Connections

In this context, AmyConnects may process:

• The Initiator’s contact information and instructions
• The Receiver’s contact information as provided by the Initiator, including information selected from the Initiator’s address book where permission has been granted
• The content of the invitation message
• Communications exchanged after consent is provided

This data is used solely to facilitate the requested coordination.

SMS Messaging Consent and Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from AmyConnects, including messages sent by Amy, our AI-powered assistant.

These may include:

• Coordination messages
• Scheduling confirmations
• Reminders
• Responses to your requests
• Service-related notifications

Opt-In

You opt in by providing your phone number and agreeing to receive messages.

Message Frequency

Varies based on usage.
